Dubai World Trade Centre Rolls Out Massive Events Calendar for Rest of 2025

Dubai World Trade Centre has just dropped its schedule for the final four months of 2025, and it’s packed. More than 135 major events are lined up between September and December, covering everything from technology and healthcare to construction, food, and finance.

The lineup is designed to pull in tens of thousands of participants and reinforce Dubai’s status as a global destination for business tourism and international conferences. If you’re in any industry that does trade shows, chances are something relevant to you is happening at DWTC before the year ends.

Mahir Julfar, Executive Vice President at DWTC, said the second half builds on what’s already been a strong year. “We will continue to attract global organisers, exhibitors and visitors, bringing together influential leaders, innovators and key players to shape the future of the MICE industry,” he noted.

He also pointed out that this calendar supports Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to make Dubai one of the world’s top three economic cities. Hosting this many events doesn’t hurt that goal.

What’s Happening in September

September starts relatively quiet with Paper Arabia (September 2-4), followed by a couple of entertainment events—Comedy Mixtape 2025 on September 6 and Matt Redman Live on September 7.

Then things pick up. The Universal Postal Union Congress Dubai 2025 runs from September 8-19, bringing together the global postal industry. There’s also WHX Tech (September 8-10) for health tech and The Gulf Bride Show (September 12-18) for anyone planning a wedding.

Mid-month gets crowded with a cluster of manufacturing trade shows all happening September 15-17: Middle East Composites & Advanced Materials Expo, ISM Middle East, Private Label Middle East, and several others focused on foam, polyurethane, adhesives, base oils, lubricants, sleep products, furniture manufacturing, and plastics recycling. That’s a lot happening at once.

The month wraps with Sign & Graphic Imaging ME Exhibition (September 22-24), Ru’ya Careers UAE and ArabLab+ (both September 23-25), Dubai Congress for Self-Driving Transport (September 24-25), MEIDAM 2025 (September 25-27), and WETEX, which starts September 30 and runs into October.

October’s Big Draw: GITEX Global

October opens with the World Green Economy Summit (October 1-2) and Najah Exhibition, an education and training event running October 5-7. Early in the month there’s also AccessAbilities Expo (October 6-8), AGRA Middle East, and The Forex Expo (both October 6-7).

But the main event is GITEX Global from October 13-17. This is the world’s largest tech show, and it’s a huge deal. AI, fintech, health tech, smart cities—if it’s happening in technology, it’s at GITEX. Expect massive crowds and a lot of buzz around innovation.

Later in October, healthcare and HR take over. The International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition, Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM 2025), and Healthcare Future Summit 2025 all run October 21-23, with HR Summit 2025 happening October 21-22. The month closes out with BeautyWorld Middle East and the Wellness & Spa Exhibition from October 27-29.

November: Food, Education, and Construction

November starts strong with Gulfood Manufacturing (November 4-6), which is the biggest F&B processing event in the region. GESS—Global Educational Supplies & Solutions—and Paperworld Middle East & Gift & Lifestyle Middle East both run November 11-13, alongside World Tobacco (November 11-12).

The 27th International Council of Museums (ICOM) happens November 11-17, and The Mining Show takes place November 17-18. There’s also a cluster of trade shows mid-month: Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo, International Apparels and Textile Fair (both November 17-19), Vision Plus Expo (November 17-18), and Food Safety Conference 2025 (November 18-19).

The construction industry closes out November with Big 5 Global 2025, Windows Doors & Facades, GeoWorld, HVACR World, LiveableCitiesX, and Future FM—all running November 24-27. Big 5 Global is one of the flagship construction exhibitions, so expect a big turnout.

December Wraps It Up

December kicks off with the 19th World Congress of Neurosurgery (December 1-5) and Automechanika Dubai (December 9-11), the region’s largest automotive aftermarket event.

The year ends with a series of consumer and retail-focused shows: Asia Baby Children Maternity Exhibition, China Home Life, and International Appliance and Electronics Show all run December 17-19. Finally, Jewellery & Bride Arabia from December 18-21 closes out DWTC’s 2025 calendar.

Worth Checking Out

If you work in any of these industries—or just enjoy trade shows—there’s something here for you. DWTC has built a reputation for hosting world-class events, and this schedule shows why Dubai keeps attracting global organizers and participants. Whether you’re looking to do business, network, or just see what’s new in your field, the next four months are going to be busy at DWTC.
