Beyond the walleye trips, Jacques on the D runs yellow perch charters on Lake St. Clair from September through November, a genuinely underrated fishery that tends to surprise first-timers. July and August shift into multi-species mode, targeting smallmouth bass, perch, and whatever else is biting, which is a solid option for mixed groups or families where not everybody has a specific fish in mind.
