According to reports, the Chinese government’s top diplomat, State Councilor Wang Yi, is set to arrive. On 4 December the day of Wednesday, he is coming for a two-day stay. In the stay, he will meet his counterpart, Kang Kyung-Wha, and President Moon Jae-in. However, South Korea sees China as instrumental in reviving stalled.
South Korea wants to meet with China because of instruments between them. Because it’s true that China will help South Korea in many fields. So, it will the first visit to both countries that will be special. Now the situation becomes critical because the living issue occurs for guests. Thus, the disagreement over how much Seoul should pay for hosting some 28,500 U.S troops.
